These terms of use apply to the Reelova app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by 406 Oceana LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application. Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider or its licensors.
Reelova is a streaming service for vertical short-form drama series on Android devices. Episodes are typically around 90 seconds long. Opening episodes of each series are available free of charge; remaining episodes may be unlocked using virtual coins or other promotional mechanics offered inside the Application. The catalog is updated regularly and selected series support offline downloads for personal viewing within the Application.
Subject to these terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream and (where the feature is offered) temporarily download content within the Application for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Application. Some series may contain themes intended for mature audiences. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Application and agree to these terms on your behalf.
The Application offers virtual coins ("Coins") that can be used to unlock episodes and other features inside the Application. By purchasing or using Coins you acknowledge that:
The Service Provider may modify Coin pricing, episode unlock pricing, or promotional mechanics with reasonable advance notice.
You agree that you will not:
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application, the content catalog, or pricing of paid features at any time and for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
The Service Provider may wish to update the Application at some point. Operating system requirements may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device.
The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your device to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your device's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Streaming and downloading require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance. Video streaming may consume significant amounts of data.
If you are using the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage, or other third-party charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside of your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the Application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, that defects will be corrected, or that any particular series will remain available in your region. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application; (b) removal of or changes to any content in the catalog; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms of Use. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
